In a sense being mature is important to help lead other to worship. God calls us to be mature so we can be responsible. Being mature ties into many other aspects of life and it affects your morals. You need to be spiritually mature in order to be a serious leader. Your maturity affects your relationship with God. Being mature will also affect how others view your faith.
My level of maturity with the Lord could definitely use improvement. I have trouble sometimes making God a priority. My relationship with God is strong but I need to work on leading others to him also.
I relate to your blog. I respect how you admit to needing more maturity. Sometimes I need to have more spiritual maturity. Spiritual maturity is extremely important.

ReplyDeleteI definitely agree that in order to show others how strong we are in our faith, we need to be spiritually mature. As worship leaders, we need to show our peers that we are strong in our faith and be good role models. In order to make an actual change on this campus, our faith must be strong.

ReplyDeleteI feel like everyone has growing room. If you aren't growing in the lord then you are only declining. Reliving and admitting that you need more growth shows steps of spiritual maturity. Love you girl!!
